A Sanctuary-inspired parody of “The Monster Mash” based on the season one episode “Nubbins”. This was co-written by myself and good friend Sarah Bettles (@sez101)

I was working in the Sanctuary late one night
When my eyes beheld a hairy sight
A nubbin in its cage began to rise
Then suddenly to my surprise…

There was a nubbin…
Tried to make a dash
Another nubbin…
Multiplied in a flash
Baby nubbins…
After an ‘interesting’ clash
So many nubbins…
They gave me a rash

From a bedroom in the west
Damien made his way to the rest
Nubbins running free all through this home
Leaving mess and chaos wherever they roam

Will tried to keep his hormones in check
Big Guy tried to clean up the mess
Stunning everything, Ashley was having fun
Recapturing the nubbins had just begun

Sanctuary was heaving; nubbins all around
Henry toying with equipment for a ‘lovin’ Nubbin’ sound
Fire extinguishers blasted as they tumbled out of vents
Nubbins had no defence

Now everything’s cool; the nubbins are caged
No more vertigo tango ‘til they come of age
Tesla runs tests on them at his will
Just wait ‘til Magnus sees the electric bill!
